We often define ourselves by what we see in the mirror: our face, our body, our expressions. But who you are on the inside is far more real than what you present to the world.


The Bible often refers to the “inner man.” In Ephesians 3:16, Paul prays that we would be “strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man.” This reveals that beyond our physical bodies, there is a deeper self — the eternal spirit created in God’s image.


Your inner voice often whispers when the world is shouting.
It reminds you to pause when your flesh wants to rush.
It warns you of danger when your logic says everything is fine.
It nudges you toward opportunities when fear says, “Stay safe.”
