No Attachment (Poem)

In the echoes of Gaza, a lesson we glean,
No attachment to this world, a wisdom unseen.
For in the face of strife, where darkness unfurls,
The heart learns to detach from transient pearls.

A genocide’s shadow, a stark reality,
Yet, in this pain, a spiritual clarity.
Those who’ve departed, in peace they repose,
A reminder to us as life ebbs and flows.

A wake-up call, a pilgrimage we tread,
Through the valleys of sorrow, where tears are shed.
Purpose whispers, in the winds that blow,
Let’s fulfill our missions and let compassion grow.

In the fleeting moments on this transient plane,
The onlookers of tragedy are never the same.
A reminder, a nudge, as the world turns,
That in this vast cosmos, each soul yearns.

Fearless hearts emerge from the crucible of pain,
For in the face of adversity, courage reigns.
Gaza’s plight, a catalyst for change,
A transformation in a world so estranged.

No attachment, a mantra in the storm,
As we navigate life in its intricate form.
The soul’s journey, a spiritual flight,
In the face of injustice, we stand upright.

So, let the lessons from Gaza be etched,
In the core of our being, as we reflect.
For in detachment, resilience takes hold,
And in fearless spirits, stories of strength unfold.
