Listen to & Follow your Heart (Poem)

In the journey of life, we must embark,
To find ourselves and know our spark.
People come and go for a season, a reason,
Or a lifetime, in every passing season.

We must discern the lessons they impart,
And cherish the wisdom they leave in our hearts.
For each encounter, each soul we meet,
Shapes our path, makes our journey complete.

Know thyself, why we’re here, what we seek,
Our purpose, our calling, is not for the meek.
For a spiritual being, it’s essential to know,
To find our truth, to let it show.

Listen to your heart, its whispers so true,
Guiding you in all that you do.
Follow its lead with courage and might,
For in its truth, you’ll find your light.

Be comfortable alone, in solitude’s embrace,
With regular reflection, find your grace.
In the silence, in the quiet of the night,
Listen closely to your heart’s insight.

Follow the truth that resonates within,
Let it guide you through thick and thin.
For in living authentically, in following our heart,
We find our purpose, our most truest art.
