Your Energy Follows Your Gaze (Poem)

Your energy follows your gaze, so be mindful of where you look,

For people may plant themselves, hiding on social media’s hook.

In your vicinity or on a screen, they seek to draw your light,

To transfer your energy, to drain your inner might.

Be wise and ask the Divine to guide your every step,

For traps and snares surround you, where shadows often creep.

God’s gifts are irrevocable, but stewardship is key,

Protect the power within you, and be the best you can be.

They mimic what you wear, the colors that you choose,

Even what you eat, in hopes your strength they’ll use.

The Enemy knows your likes, your desires, and your flaws,

Expect temptation in these places, where darkness often draws.

Remember, your energy follows where your gaze does go,

Where your attention lingers, your spirit starts to flow.

So call your energy back, reclaim your sacred power,

In every single moment, in every waking hour.

Be discerning, be alert, let wisdom be your guide,

Keep your gaze on what’s true, and let your spirit stride.

For your energy is precious, a gift from up above,

Guard it with your heart, and fill it with pure love.
