Be Alert (Poem)

Be Alert, my friend, in this world so sly,
Where enemies, in shadows, patiently lie.
Forgiveness is noble, but don’t be naive,
Most don’t change in schemes, they believe.

They wait for the moment, suitable and dark,
To steal your virtues, to leave a mark.
Blessings and glory, they aim to take,
So keep your guard up and stay wide awake.

It’s their trademark, this thieving art,
To steal and transfer, to tear you apart.
They hide in plain sight, on social media’s stage,
Don’t be fooled by their false pretense and rage.

Religious or not, wolves may deceive,
Politicians, celebrities, you must perceive.
Even those close, who often are near,
They can steal and transfer, making you live in fear.

Your power, your energy, your destiny too,
They’ll try to rob, leaving you askew.
But remember, my friend, all’s energy’s flow,
You can call it back; let your strength grow.

So be alert, stay vigilant, don’t be swayed,
In this world of deception, where trust can fade.
For it’s their trademark, this sinister game,
To steal and transfer, but you can reclaim.
