Blessed Are They That Believe (Poem)

Blessed are they who believe, without seeing, without proof,

For in their faith lies the greatest truth.

Promises made by the Lord above,

Fulfilled in time, with grace and love.

Surrounded we may be by darkness, by foes,

Plotting against us, their wickedness shows.

Yet, unshaken, we stand firm in our faith,

For not a force can alter our fate.

No enemy, no evil, can hinder God’s hand,

His deliverance is vast, like grains of sand.

A billion ways He can set us free,

From the chains of those who refuse to see.

God’s goodness, a beacon in the night,

Guiding us along with eternal light.

In Him, we find our rest, our peace,

In His love, all fears cease.

Pity, we hold, for those against us,

For the judgment of God is just and must.

Wrath and calamity, their chosen end,

For they decided not to bend nor mend.

The wicked, in their stubborn ways,

Refuse the light; embrace the haze.

Yet, hard lessons they shall learn,

As towards God’s wrath, they unwittingly turn.

But blessed are we, who walk in belief,

For we shall see relief and no grief.

In every promise, in every word,

Our faith in the Lord is forever stirred.

So let us hold fast to what is true,

For blessed are they that believe, through and through.

In God’s time, all will be revealed,

By His grace, our spirits healed.
