(Verse 1)
Look around, open your eyes wide,
Genocide in Gaza, nowhere to hide.
Bombs raining down, taxpayers’ funds,
Hitting schools hospitals, where justice shuns.
Civilized world, yet chaos prevails,
Leaders silent, as humanity wails.
Over Four thousand babies, gone in a flash,
Eleven thousand more, in this brutal clash.
(Chorus)
Violence condemned, it’s a vicious fight,
But two wrongs never make a wrong a right.
Ceasefire now, end this tragic spree,
Stop the genocide, let peace decree.
(Verse 2)
Where’s the rescue? Where’s the call?
Western leaders silent, watching the fall.
It’s too much, this weight we bear,
Mercy, Lord, in this despairing glare.
We know Your word, our souls You save,
What would Jesus do in this cruel wave?
In a land torn by hatred’s hand,
Let love prevail today in the Land?
(Chorus)
Ceasefire now, the urgent plea,
Halt the horror; let the innocent be free.
A cry for mercy, in this tragic play,
Too much to bear, we bow and pray.
(Bridge)
Mercy on us in this darkest time,
End the cleansing, end the crime.
Love, the answer, in this war-torn span,
Uniting hearts, rebuilding the Land.
(Verse 3)
In this rap of life, let love lead,
Healing the wounds, planting the seed.
Ceasefire’s call, let it resound,
In peace and unity, solutions are found.
(Chorus)
Ceasefire now, let peace take flight,
In the midst of darkness, let love ignite.
For in the face of violence’s roar,
Ceasefire now; let it be the core.
