Children of the Light (Poem)

Children of the Light, they tread,
In steps of faith and grace,
For what is least, in hearts, they’ve read,
Reflects in every space.
Faithful in the smallest deed,
Their souls a beacon bright,
In depths where darkness seeks to feed,
They stand against the night.
For what is small in human sight,
Is vast in realms above,
And what is deemed as great delight,
May cloak a heart devoid of love.
You who justify before the throng,
Yet hide your truest part,
God’s gaze pierces where shadows long,
And discerns each hidden art.
What’s honored in the eyes of men,
May hold a foul disguise,
For in the Light, the truth is ken,
Unveiled before all eyes.
To dwell in both the dark and Light,
Is to stray from sacred path,
For in the realm where wrong and right,
Confront the aftermath.
Children of the Light, arise,
Cast off the shades of night,
Embrace the truth, let darkness die,
In the brilliance of the Light.
