Chosen One (Poem)

In the quiet of my heart, I pray, Oh, Lord, remember me on this day; when your favor upon your people shines, Extend your grace, let your light be mine.

As you come to their aid, in mercy and might, Visit me too, in your radiant light. Grant me the joy of your chosen ones’ song; in their prosperity, let me truly belong.

Oh, Adonai, in your grace so divine, Keep me in mind as your blessings align; let me witness the joy, the victories won, By those you have chosen, your daughters and sons.

For when you show favor, and your love does pour, Salvation unfolds, and we’re blessed evermore. May I stand with the chosen; in your grace, I’ll derive, And in their prosperity, may my spirit revive.

So remember me, Lord, in your tender embrace, As you bless your chosen ones with boundless grace, In unity, in faith, our hearts ever attuned, In your favor, Lord, we are forever surrounded.
