Continuous Awareness of Self (Poem)

To find our true essence, a spiritual quest,
Awakening to our spirit, at our very best,
In the realm of self, our souls shall dwell,
Discovering our true nature, a story to tell.

To be spiritually aware, our inner selves we find,
Our true nature as spirits, in the depths of our mind,
Spirituality’s journey, a path to explore,
To unveil our true selves, forever to adore.

In continuous awareness, we must firmly stand,
Knowing our spirit’s power, the force at our command,
Not just human flesh, but spirits strong and bright,
In this state of awareness, we shine with inner light.

A discipline it takes not to waver or sway,
In the face of worldly distractions, we must stay,
For in this state of spirit, we find our true grace,
Continuous awareness in our spirit’s embrace.

Awaken to your essence, let your spirit take flight,
In this journey of self, we find our inner might,
In every moment, every second, never let it fade,
Our spirit’s true nature in this life’s grand parade.

So remember, we are spirits, not just flesh and bone,
In continuous awareness, our true selves are known,
Discovering our soul in this life, we’re set free,
In the realm of self-awareness, we find our destiny.
