Be more than a listener, a passive receiver,
Echoing goodness but a mere believer,
For the true measure of a heart that’s kind,
Resides not just in thoughts but actions aligned.
Like gazing at one’s reflection in a mirror’s sheen,
Grasping truth briefly, then it’s swept, unseen.
Those who only hear but fail to enact,
Lose sight swiftly, their impact abstract.
Yet those who listen with intent to pursue,
Whose deeds match the words they construe,
In their steps, blessings gracefully abound,
Their essence is woven into each good deed found.
Let’s paint the canvas of our shared sphere,
Embrace the calling, let empathy steer,
For we are the pulse of this earthly expanse,
Crafting change through every benevolent stance.
Let’s do good not in fragments but whole,
Sow kindness seeds in every role,
For the world is us, in unity entwined,
Let’s make it better, heart and mind aligned.
