Easier to Love (Poem)

Easier to love than to hate,

A kinder path we all can take.

It is better to be nice than to be wicked,

A life in love is truly gifted.

The energy of love, nothing can compare,

Perfect love casts out all fear everywhere.

Let’s love and stop the wars,

Love forever more, open the doors.

Loving is an excellent way to live,

In every moment, let’s choose to give.

It’s not about color, nor race,

Love reveals God’s divine face.

Better to love than jealously burn,

In the flames of envy, let us not churn.

Let the hearing ear and the seeing eye,

Be governed by love, reaching to the sky.

Easier to love, a truth so clear,

Better to spread joy, to hold dear.

Let’s walk in love, let’s choose this way,

In the light of love, let’s live each day.
