Empathy (Poem)

Emotional intelligence, the unseen key,
Unlocking hearts, setting people free.
To manage emotions, both yours and mine,
Is to walk the path of a love divine.
Empathy stands as the heart’s true art,
Understanding others, soul to heart.
In every interaction, be it work or play,
Empathy lights the compassionate way.
A good leader listens, feels the pain,
Guiding with care through loss and gain.
It’s not just a skill, but a bridge to connect,
A gift of the spirit, a force to protect.
Manipulators may play their games,
But truth shines brighter than their claims.
Tricks and schemes will one day fall,
For people see through the curtain’s call.
Short-lived gains, they cannot sustain,
Where empathy builds what will remain.
Our society aches, it cries, it yearns,
For more compassion, as the world turns.
Dark magic and sorcery, manipulation’s guise,
Evil tools that blind the eyes.
But wisdom defends, it sees through the haze,
Guard your soul, stay steadfast always.
Empathy and intelligence, a powerful pair,
Healing wounds, showing care.
To solve the issues we face today,
We need more hearts that feel and stay.
Manipulation fades; it cannot last,
While empathy builds futures vast.
So, if you find your heart feels cold,
Seek the help, let healing unfold.
For empathy is the strength we need,
To sow to the world with kindness’s seed.
A healthy society, a life that’s true,
Begins with the empathy inside of you.
