Fear No Evil (Poem)

In the reality of the world, darkness reigns,
Evil deeds, like ink, stain the plains.
Trust wanes as deception spreads its wings,
But in the midst of chaos, a voice sings.
Though we tread through death’s valley deep,
Beside us, angels guard our sleep.
In the presence of foes, a table is set,
With oil anointing and cups that never fret.
Goodness and mercy, faithful and true,
Follow us as we journey through.
Spirit beings, in this mortal guise,
In His light, our souls arise.
Your dark arts, your sorceries, they fail,
Against the power of the Holy Grail.
For God’s promise stands steadfast and strong,
Evil’s weapons shatter, righting the wrong.
Remember this: in the cosmic law’s decree,
What you sow, you’ll surely see.
Evil rebounds, a boomerang’s flight,
In the end, it’s vanquished by light.
