Goal Achievement (Poem)

Goal achievement starts with a seed,

A belief in ourselves, in what we can be,

To see the summit, to dream the dream,

Chart the course, and let vision gleam.

Yet belief alone is not enough,

We must define our path, though it is tough,

What do we truly, deeply desire?

To light our hearts with passion’s fire.

Avoid the shortcuts, don’t deceive,

In honest work, we must believe,

For what we sow, we surely reap,

The karma of our actions, deep.

Those who steal what others earn,

Will find the scales of justice turn,

Losing more than what they took,

In the ledger of life, a painful book.

Consequences come with speed,

For every selfish, harmful deed,

In the mirror of our fate, we see,

The truth of our integrity.

So let us strive with hearts sincere,

With every goal, let purpose steer,

In honesty, in work so true,

Our dreams will blossom and renew.

Goal achievement, pure and bright,

Begins with faith and ends in light,

For what we give is what we gain,

In sunshine or shadow’s rain.

Believe, define, and work with grace,

In the journey, find your place,

For, in the end, the truth will show,

The seeds we’ve sown, the fruits will grow.
