God’s Kingdom within (Poem)

In the depths of every soul, a kingdom lies,

 Where Jesus reigns beyond earthly skies.

 For those who’ve embraced Him as their Lord, 

Within their hearts, His truth is stored.

God’s kingdom within, a sacred space,

 Where light dispels the darkest trace. 

For those who’ve turned from paths of sin, 

Find peace and joy deep within.

Though the kingdom’s within, battles we must face,

 Against the darkness, we find our place.

 With faith as our armor and love as our guide,

 In God’s kingdom within, we securely abide.

We fight the good fight with courage and zeal,

 Against the shadows that seek to steal. 

For though the kingdom’s ours, by grace alone,

 We must defend it, as it’s our home.

No longer slaves to fear or doubt, 

In God’s kingdom within, we boldly shout. 

For with Jesus as King, we stand tall, 

And darkness flees at His holy call.

So let us take hold of what’s rightfully ours,

 With hearts ablaze, with Spirit’s powers. 

For in God’s kingdom within, we find our worth,

 As children of light, we inherit the earth.
