God’s Mighty Power Made Known (Poem)

It’s written, “Ask and it shall be given,”

So we ask, oh God, let Your power be driven.

Let Your mighty strength be made known in us,

To heal the broken, in You we trust.

We are the temples where Your Spirit dwells,

To bless humanity, where Your glory swells.

Healing the sick, restoring the soul,

Your power, oh Lord, makes us whole.

To walk in the supernatural gifts we seek,

We must be hungry, not passive or weak.

A demand on the anointing, we boldly lay,

In prayer and fasting, we find the way.

Time in Your presence, the price we must pay,

But the joy of healing comes each day.

The sick made well, the broken restored,

All through the power of our risen Lord.

Oh God, we cry, let Your Power descend,

Rend the heavens, let Your glory extend.

As mountains quake and fire burns bright,

Let Your mighty power shine through our light.

Possess us with strength from Heaven above,

To move in Signs, Wonders, Miracles and Love.

We ask in faith, Your power to receive,

That through us, the world may believe.
