In the Moment (Poem)

Living in the moment, with no past to bind,
Staying present, the present I find.
Each day gifted, each breath I take,
Choosing light’s path, the darkness forsake.

My soul, a well brimming with light,
Learning daily, expanding my sight.
In the truth of now, I truly reside,
Living each moment, no need to hide.

No matter the words they toss my way,
It all begins within, come what may.
For within me, the power thrives,
In the moments lived, where life derives.

Living in the moment, a daily decree,
Embracing the now, setting myself free.
Each dawn, a canvas, another display,
Choosing my path in my own way.

In the moment, I truly exist,
No past, no future to persist.
Here and now, where life holds sway,
Living my truth, come what may.
