Jezebel Spirit (Rap)

(Verse 1) Yo, listen up, let me tell you ’bout Jezebel’s game, A spirit in disguise, it’s not just a name, In First and Second Kings, her story’s unfoldin’, But it’s deeper than flesh, in the spirit, it’s holdin’.
Ephesians 6:12, let me break it down: We’re not fightin’ flesh, but spirits around, Principalities, powers, darkness in sight, Spiritual wickedness, lurkin’ in the night.

(Chorus) Jezebel spirit it’s a force to fight, Manipulation, control; it’s not in the light, Vanity, hatred, craving attention’s flame; in the rap of its web, it’ll trap your name.

(Verse 2) It operates through both men and women alike, Your spouse, your friends; it’s like a psychic strike, Narcissist, they say, but let’s make it clear, It’s the Jezebel spirit, the one we should fear.
For women, it emasculates wants to rule the scene; with Manipulation’s game, it’s always so mean, Sex used as a weapon to hold a man tight, Bound by its chains, in the darkness of the night.
For men, it’ll control; through fear, it’ll bind; isolation, threats, it’ll mess with your mind; one minute mean, the next, tears flow, A tactic to keep you in its dark shadow.

(Chorus) Jezebel spirit it’s a force to fight, Manipulation, control; it’s not in the light, Vanity, hatred, craving attention’s flame; in the rap of its web, it’ll trap your name.

(Verse 3) Recognize the pattern when it’s in your view; it could be a Jezebel spirit, that’s what it’ll do, Always seekin’ attention, delusions in its head, Wants to be worshipped, in its ego it’s fed.
Preyin’ on the weak, to have dominion so bold, Yearnin’ for leadership, to satisfy its mold, Take advantage of others, for personal gain, When you’re no longer useful, it’ll discard with disdain.
Confront it, and it’ll fight, get combative in the fray, Gaslightin’, twistin’ words, makin’ you feel astray, It cares not for purity, it’ll make all perverse, Using Sex for gratification, it’s a wicked curse.

(Chorus) Jezebel spirit it’s a force to fight, Manipulation, control; it’s not in the light, Vanity, hatred, craving attention’s flame; in the rap of its web, it’ll trap your name.

(Outro) In Revelation’s verse, its seduction is clear: Teaching God’s servants to deviate and veer, But remember this truth: in Jesus, we find grace; in His love and His light, we’ll find our rightful place.
When you spot these traits in someone’s demeanor, Know it’s the Jezebel spirit, a dark schemer. Pray against its hold for the person, pray, Turn to Jesus’ love, and find the righteous way.
