Reach out to me, if you need to talk,
Nothing to be shy or ashamed about,
We all learn and grow and walk,
Through the storms that life brings out.
For if the water has come up to your neck,
I promise you, you will not sink,
In deep mire, you’ll find a solid deck,
A hand to hold when you’re on the brink.
You will not come to the deep waters alone,
The flood will not overflow your heart,
In this journey, you are known,
With you, I’ll stand, never to part.
Don’t be weary with crying, don’t let your throat dry,
Reach out to me, lean on this trust,
Everything’s going to be okay, by and by
Together, we’ll rise from the dust.
So when the world feels heavy and cold,
Remember, you’re not in this fight solo,
Reach out, let your story unfold,
And together, we’ll find hope in tomorrow.
