Yo, it’s Christmas time, lights shine, we’re feeling fine,
Families unite, gratitude’s the mood, everything’s bright.
But hold up, let’s take a moment, be kind,
Think of those in shadows, what they find.
In Gaza’s streets, where echoes are grim,
People are living a nightmare on a whim.
Facing a genocide, no peace to claim,
Yet they’re human like us, in God’s name.

This Christmas, let’s remember their fight,
Palestinians in darkness, seeking light.
Before the feast, before the cheer,
Say a prayer; let your heart hear.

Contrary to what some may believe,
They’re flesh and blood; they grieve, and they heave.
Under the same sky, we’re all just the same,
In the eyes of the Almighty, no one’s to blame.
So, as you’re wrapping gifts, feeling blessed,
Think of those whose lives are a test.
In Gaza, where hope is a rare guest,
Pray for peace, and put hatred to rest.

Yeah, we’re celebrating, but let’s not forget,
Those who struggle are caught in a net.
We’re equal under God, every race, every face,
Let’s extend our love and embrace the entire human race.

So here’s to Gaza, in our thoughts, in our prayers,
In the midst of joy, we’re aware of their cares.
Let’s send love, let’s send light,
In the spirit of Christmas, let’s do right.
