Everywhere we turn, it’s hard to see the light,

People are lost in darkness, and they can’t tell wrong from right.

Living by the doctrines, the demons have spread,

Their hearts are cold, their spirits nearly dead.

People have changed; the world’s not the same,

The kingdom of darkness spreads its name.

Only God can save us from this plight,

In His love, we find our guiding light.

Holy Spirit, guide us through,

In these times, we turn to You.

The Spirit spoke, clear and loud,

In later times, many turn from the crowd.

Deceitful spirits, seductive lies,

Leading them astray in a world that’s disguised.

Hypocrisy reigns, their hearts turned cold,

Seared consciences, stories untold.

Incapable of truth, they wander blind,

In the shadows, peace they’ll never find.
