Opportunities come, but they don’t wait,
Hesitate too long, and it’s too late.
If you want something, don’t let it pass,
Speak your truth, make your intentions last.
Take courage, step into the light,
Strike while the iron is burning bright.
We’re all a work in progress, me and you,
Nobody has it all figured through.
But we serve a God, awesome and kind,
Who grants us grace and renews our mind.
No label too strong, no wound too deep,
For the Divine to mend and keep.
Nothing’s impossible for love to heal,
Trust in the power, the truth that’s real.
Let go of fear, let faith take hold,
For hearts are forged in fires bold.
And those who cast their stones in vain,
Will find no prize, just empty gain.
So don’t delay, don’t second guess,
Take the chance, give it your best.
Life is fleeting, time won’t stop,
Strike while the iron is hot.
