The Holy Spirit’s Gift of Discernment.

I received a text a couple of days ago, which included a number to reset my Facebook password, and the text took me back to memory lane. 

I left social media years (Facebook & Twitter) 3 or 4 years ago. The reason – MANIPULATION 

This manipulation came from the secular and the Religious. 

These manipulators are pure evil folks, and how they sleep at night is beyond me, especially those that use scriptures to manipulate. 

My relationship with the Lord has become so much better. It has also gotten stronger after leaving both of the above mentioned social media. 

 At the minute, I am only on YouTube, and this is another device that manipulators use to target whomsoever; however, if their manipulation gets out of hand, I will undoubtedly delete my account and leave. 

Leaving Facebook & Twitter, I must say, was good riddance, mainly because of the so many voices coming at me, and these voices have their hidden agenda. 

When a person gets into the habit of reduces outside voices, one can hear God’s voice clearer. 

The internet has many advantages: such readily available information at one’s disposal. Still, it also has its disadvantages, in that it enables folks to gain access to you, which wouldn’t be the case without the internet, some people’s access is detrimental mainly due to the manipulation. (One can’t trust anyone in Babylon). 

They also use these social media to access one’s consciousness, which enables them to transfer and steal one’s virtues, spiritual gifts and take one’s energy. 

If anybody wants to converse with me, do it directly- send an email, etc., as I will ignore entirely indirect messages. It’s fair to say I have learned most of your tricks, and they suck.

So let me reiterate if anybody has anything to say do it directly, send an email (come off your high horse) I WILL NOT entertain any silly YouTube indirect messages and your using of magic to get me to respond. 

If you want prayers (and wish me to add you to my prayer list), send me an email directly, (again come off your high horse) I will not respond to any indirect request. 

All the above lead me to the next Spiritual Gift, which is the Gift of Discernment.

 The Gift of Discernment is one of the essential Gift’s any human can desire (you have to be born again though)

My definition of Discernment is a supernatural ability to know about a person or situation without the necessary information revealed to one’s senses. 

If a person is Holy Spirit-filled and regularly prays in the Holy Ghost, then it is inevitable that information is divulged to us. Many people can pray in the Holy Spirit, but don’t do it regularly, I think this is a huge mistake. 

When praying in our prayer language, we are destroying the plans and works of our enemies, and that’s why our enemy’s evil plots are not working. They might think their schemes are working, but I remember the Word of the only true Living God, said No weapon formed on us shall prosper. Hence I choose to believe and trust the Word of the Lord. 

The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 14:2 (Amplified)

“For one who speaks in an [unknown] tongue speaks not to men but to God, for no one understands or catches his meaning, because in the [Holy] Spirit he utters secret truths and hidden things [not obvious to the understanding].”

Therefore by praying in the Holy Ghost, not only are we possessing the mind of God, but the Gift of Discernment is built up and getting stronger and sharper.  

As we pray in this way (in tongues), hidden truths and hidden things not apparent to our understanding are being revealed to us. In other words, Things that are concealed by our enemies are made known to us.

Another way to look at it is playing the game of chess with our enemies, and the Holy Ghost is supernaturally helping us to make the right moves. Consequently, we are putting the manipulators and our enemies into CHECK-MATE. 

I come across a lot of people, and as an observer of humanity and human nature, I have to say it as it is THE HOLY SPIRIT is the REAL DEAL. The Holy Spirit is the INCOMPARABLE POWER of a CHRISTIAN. 

Most people are empty on the inside, live in fear and are secretly crying out for a better way,(the better way is the Gospel of Jesus Christ) they might have the money, but they have no PEACE.    

 When ministers manipulate fellow Christian using the Word of God, you are merely dis-honoring our Lord Jesus Christ, as Jesus didn’t need to do that. 

When Jesus appeared to His disciples after His resurrection in John 21:15, the Bible says after they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, do you love me three times indicating Peter’s level of assignment.

The point I want to draw out here is that when people want to manipulate someone, they usually do it when there is a strain on one’s physical condition, such as the empty stomach, being hungry. But not Jesus, because He knows we have free will; therefore, He made sure Peter was in the right frame of mind – after they had finished eating the Bible says, Jesus then popped up the question. 

God gives individual spiritual gifts to specific people for a reason, NOT to be stolen or transferred to another person. To those that have Gifts from God, you have to take FULL OWNERSHIP of what Our Heavenly Father has bestowed us.    

So when we are late to discern and find ourselves in a pickle as we often do. Please call upon the Lord. He is good to be faithful.

 In Psalm 120. 1-4.

In my distress, I cried to the Lord, and He answered me.

2 Deliver me, O Lord, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues.

3 What shall be given to you? Or what more shall be done to you, you deceitful tongue?—

4 Sharp arrows of a [mighty] warrior, with [glowing] coals of the broom tree!

What we seldom see happen, is the Lord has often given us instructions, but typical human likes to listen more to someone (a human) they can see and idolize. 

For the most part, people don’t knowingly disobey God, but it comes with the journey of life, one gets tricked

 People want to listen to sermons (which is good); however, the message of the sermon or the preacher’s message could be different from the specific instructions the Holy Spirit gave you for a particular situation.

I am not pointing any fingers. However, in the name of the Lord, Please don’t use the Word of the Lord to manipulate people for self-purpose or any other purpose

Being a Christian is excellent, but because man is involved, then one has to learn the tricks, games, and manipulation of the Church.

Yes, the manipulation will hurt for a while, but God will heal the pain, and one MUST continue in the Faith.

I have spoken to several people that got hurt in the Church and went to the dark side. – Which is going from out of the frying pan to fire. 

In life, we learn, but we no victims. It’s from experience we become wiser and are aware of the tricks & traps of unpleasant people, that life will bring our way to grow us.

Please never for a second blame God for the shortcomings of man. (in & out of Church). Their negative actions can make us stronger, smarter, and better people if we allow it.

To those that have left Church due to one reason or another, ask the Lord to re-connect you to a Church of His choice.

 Learn from the pain of the past, and go with a discerning Spirit. 

Remember, Jesus Christ is the Light & Saviour of the World.
