The Magnificence of the Holy Spirit.
Every individual has a different character, in other words, we all have different characteristics.
As humans, I consider it an art to be able to get along with people, however since we are all distinct from each other, we can’t approach neither deal with each person the same.
Everybody has positive and negative characters; therefore, the first wise thing to do when we meet someone is to try and get an insight into their behavior, and we all have different ways of doing that.
Even if we don’t have our methods of getting a little insight into a person, we have the magnificence of the Holy Spirit.
We can ask the Holy Spirit anything, and He will tell us in His own time, but once He has answered our question, for the most part, we would know that the Holy ghost has responded to us.
The Holy Spirit knows everything, but we have to ask Him, for Him to give the answer we require, sometimes we may not like the answer and ignore answer given by the Holy Spirit regardless He has still answered.
The good thing about the Holy Ghost is that we can ask for multiple confirmations from Him, and He would continuously give them to us.
Another magnificence about the Holy Spirit is that He takes the struggle out the Christian walk, all we need to do is be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Instead of pointing out peoples shortcomings in living the Christian faith/life, we should lay emphasis on people relying on and asking the Holy Ghost for help.
Everything that influences us in our world is utilizing a spirit, either good or bad.
The famous Psalm 23 verse 4, Even though I walk through, the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are by my side.
I was listening to this in song form, and the verse I just mentioned above jumped out.
Then I started to analyze it,…Fear is a spirit, the enemy and evil people can put an evil spirit of fear on another person.
The second part of the verse says You are by my side, that is our Lord Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit.
I have experienced this several times from a person( putting a spirit of fear on another, it can often happen in the workplace).
Basically all of a sudden my emotions will change, then I traced it back to this individual, that whenever I spoke to her, she would put the evil on me, then I obviously started to avoid her.
However, as a Christian, we have the POWER, to bind any and every evil spirit in Jesus Name. In Matthew 16:19 Jesus said I give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of Heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.
Going back to Psalm 23 verse 4b, the Lord is by our side by the magnitude that we allow Him, which is fellowship.
The remarkable thing about our Faith is that we know when the Power is on us, and we also know when we need to be recharged.
I started this blog by saying the importance of knowing the characters of people we deal with and folks in our inner circle.
As a Christian, baptized in the Holy Ghost (I hope), the Holy Spirit is someone not only do we regularly deal with, but He is the Head in our inner circle.
Then we need to know the Character of the Holy Spirit, which Apostle Paul gave us the revelation and called them Fruits of the Holy Spirit, and they are as follows:
- Love
- Joy
- Peace
- Longsuffering
- Kindness
- Goodness
- Faithfulness
- Gentleness
- Self-control
Another Magnificent thing is that the more we fellowship with the Holy Ghost and are full of the Holy Spirit all the fruits and characters of the Holy Spirit rub off on us.
The famous saying ‘we become who we hang around.’
To top all this up, we go back before the fall in the Garden and become the likeness and image of God. All that is required of us is to fellowship with our precious Lord and Savior Jesus called the Christ.
Finally, I leave you with a verse that could shed some light on mental health awareness, which is 2 Timothy1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of Power and of love and of a sound mind.
Therefore the spirit of fear is from the enemy, yes that evil kingdom of darkness, likewise mental health, nothing to with God, as the verse about says our association with the Holy Spirit will bring about the Spirit of Love, Power & sound mind.
Remember Jesus Christ is the Light & Saviour of the World.
God Bless
Until Next time, keep Believing, Keep Hoping & Keep Loving.
