The Holy Spirit reveals the deeper Reason.
We have heard the saying that there is more to life than meets the eye.
In Deuteronomy 29:29 the Word of God says The secret things belong unto the Lord our God, but the things which are revealed belong to us and our children forever, that we may do all of the words of this law.
Sometimes though or most of the times, I want to know some of the secret things to make sense of what I see.
Apostle Paul’s experience in 2 Corinthians12.2b Amplified ‘’ was caught up into [c]Paradise and heard inexpressible words which man is not permitted to speak [words too sacred to tell].’’
The classic Amplified worded it a little different ‘’ caught up into Paradise, and he heard utterances beyond the power of man to put into words, which man is not permitted to utter.
There are still a lot of mysteries of the Spiritual world, and to make sense of one’s life, one has to go deeper.
In the Gospel of Luke 7:28, Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC) it states
28 I tell you, among those born of women there is no one greater than John; but [a]he that is inferior [to the other citizens] in the kingdom of God is greater [in incomparable privilege] than he.
I believe that the human Soul has two purposes on Planet Earth:
The first purpose, which I think is the primary Reason, is what I call Heavenly Spiritual Purpose.
The second purpose (secondary) is the Earthly Spiritual purpose, such as being called and chosen for a particular or specific reason (higher calling).
In the above verse Apostle Paul said he, heard utterances beyond the power of man to put into words, I believe that God allowed that incident to happen to let us know that there are truths and mysteries in our spiritual journey that we are clueless about.
Jesus gave us a little hint in Luke 7.28. When He said no one born of man is greater than John, but he is the least in the Kingdom of God.
Could our primary Heavenly Reason for this spiritual journey have anything to do with our position in the Kingdom of God.?
According to Jesus in the above verse, different people have different, incomparable privileges in Paradise.
Apostle Paul mentioned above that utterances beyond the power of man to put into words, could this be part of the truth that some Soul have an inner knowing that they are willing to lay down their life instead of bowing down. The 3 Hebrew boys (Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and Prophet Daniel in the Lion’s den?
A lot of times, people know some mysteries, but it’s beyond the power of man to put into words.
I always ponder on the thought that, when I get back home (Paradise), there will be things that will be revealed to my Soul and I will say I knew all along when I was on my Pilgrimage.
There are things that our Soul knows but again beyond the power of man to explain it. I often have naps and have a feeling my Soul journeys to Heaven for instructions and refreshing, but I can’t prove it.
In regards to the word pilgrimage, it’s fair to say, Jacob, father of Joseph, was very spiritual. One can know how spiritual or heavenly minded a person is by how they SPEAK or PREACH
In Genesis 47: 8-9, when Pharaoh asked Jacob his age. Let’s read
And Pharaoh asked Jacob [a]“How old are you?” 9 Jacob said to Pharaoh, “The [b]years of my pilgrimage are a hundred and thirty. Few and unpleasant have been the years of my life, and they have [c]not reached the years that my fathers lived during the days of their Pilgrimage.”
Look at the word Jacob used Pilgrimage, which means religious journey, holy expedition.
Expedition means a journey undertaken by a group of people with a particular purpose.
Jacob started his journey with his brother Esau.
God later added to his journey, as one of the purposes was to create the 12 tribes of Israel that we have today, and also part of the New Heaven and Earth.
In the book of Hebrews, it says we are strangers and pilgrims on the earth, but not everybody sees it that way, people’s action reveals what they know and understand.
In the New Testament, we are called the Ambassadors of Christ, which means we are representing the Kingdom of God.
Now God has His way do doing things, but He gives us free will, If you are not part of His Kingdom, please don’t be offended by His Divine Order, as it doesn’t apply to you.
To those that are part of God’s kingdom, they are willing to lay down their lives rather than bow down as we saw with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and Prophet Daniel in the Lion’s den.
We are on a pilgrimage, and there is more to life than meets the eye.
By the way, I find Tulsi Gabbard’s (Democratic Party) political views very interesting. Someone to look out for.
