The Insider (Poem)

One’s enemies will always have an insider near,
Someone with close access, someone you previously held dear.
Be watchful of the Judas in your inner circle’s span,
Those who gain your trust but serve another’s plan.

Don’t confront the insider, but stay vigilant and wise,
See-through, their façade, read between the lies.
The insider will sell you out for thirty pieces of silver,
They lack morals and integrity; they are deceivers and pilferers.

Don’t get mad, learn the lessons, life’s subtle art,
Guard your heart and spirit right from the start.
For every whisper and every shadowed plot,
Strengthen your resolve, let wisdom be your lot.

Be watchful and careful in the company you keep,
Know that trust is precious, and betrayal cuts deep.
But through these trials, your spirit will grow,
In the face of deceit, your true friends will show.

In the dance of shadows and the play of light,
Hold onto your truth; let it guide you right.
For the insider’s betrayal is a fleeting scheme,
Your integrity and faith will redeem the dream.

So stand tall and unshaken, with a heart full of grace,
Learn from the whispers, and let courage embrace.
For every Judas that seeks to deceive,
There’s a strength within you, a light to believe.
