The Value of the Human Soul 3

The Human Soul, the number one fascination I would like to know all about with the help of the Holy Spirit. God promised us in Hebrews 33.3, that we should call upon Him and He would reveal Great and mighty things to us.
Hence I am calling upon my Father (God) to give me the remembrance of things I once knew about the human soul when I was in Heaven.

In the last blog, we started looking at quotes/verses from Jesus, and I intend to continue from where I left.
So let’s look at Matthew 16:26
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?

I know we live in a materialist world, and a person without possession and money is often scoffed; hence this could be the leading factor that drives people to give up anything for wealth and the so-called good life.

Out of desperation to live the life, live the dream, people do dumb things, the Bible says the Blessing of the Lord makes people rich and adds no sorrow.

Anything that comes from the devils comes with sorrow, the devil is too smart for human comprehension, I said in my last blog that the Human Soul is priceless – all the Gold and Silver in the world plus the Diamonds (the bling bling) can’t match the value of the Human Soul.

Going back to the statement by Jesus indicates that the Human soul is worth more than all riches in the world, and this is the reason we have to be educated about the Human Soul.

In Psalm 49:8 it says: For the ransom of a life is too costly, and [the price one can pay] can never suffice
No man can possibly redeem his brother or pay his ransom to God. 8For the redemption of his soul is costly, and never can payment suffice, 9 that he should live on forever and not see decay…

In the above verse, Jesus used the word “Forfeit,” which means ~ lose or be deprived of (a right or privilege) as a penalty for a wrongdoing.

Therefore to forfeit one’s soul, a person has lost and has been deprived of the privilege to their soul as a penalty for wrongdoing. Even in the meaning of the word forfeit, we can see it’s a wrongdoing.

The quest here is to find out what is the value of the Human Soul, from the above verses we have realized that it is a bad deal, it is far from and can never be the art of the deal, it’s a terrible and the worst deal ever. Don’t worry, in this research, we would all know why.

To finish this blog on a possible note, Let’s agree and know the truth that, Nothing is impossible with God, Call upon Jesus repent of your sins, accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour, and I genuinely believe, the Holy Spirit can help get your soul back.

Remember Jesus Christ is the Light & Saviour of the World.
