I forgot to wish you all a Happy New yesterday, so may I do that now. Happy New Year.

This year I have absolutely zero tolerance for manipulators if you can’t keep it real Please don’t even think of coming close to me. My intuition is strong, I would know your hidden, unfair agenda sooner or later, once I have, then the bridge is burnt, because I can’t trust such a person, and I wouldn’t even for a second, hang around someone I don’t trust.

If you think you can use witchcraft on me, not only will it not work, but I will send your evil arrow back to you, and whatever happens is your fault. Just putting some ground rules in place.

Our quote today is as follows:
“The Bible as a revelation from God was not designed to give us all the information we might desire, nor to solve all the questions about which the human soul is perplexed, but to impart enough to be a safe guide to the Heaven of eternal rest.”

Today quote is so profound, no Bible scholar or theologian can profess that they have all the answers, and in as much as I have said in the past that during the compilation of the Holy Bible (Council of Nicea in A.D. 325) some crucial books were rejected, removed and some parts edited out from the word of God. I do agree with Albert Barnes that what we have today as the Bible is sufficiently more than enough to a safe guide to the Heaven of eternal rest.

The Bible reveals to us God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.One needs to accept God the Son as Lord and Saviour and the precious God the Holy Spirit would help us along this pilgrimage.

No one can live the Christian life without the help of the Holy Spirit. It’s absolutely impossible, and anyone that says that they don’t need the Holy Spirit, they are what the Bible calls FALSE.

To continue where I stopped yesterday, which is going back to the beginning of the Word of God, the Book of Genesis. Chapter 1: 26-27, from the Amplified version.

26 God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth.
27 So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them.

A few things to be pointed out from the verses above, God the Father, Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit existed before the foundation of the world.

Satan, the devil, is a created being by God. Apparently, we know he messed up and got kicked out of Heaven.

The second point is the word image – which means a representation of the external form of a person, therefore we, yes, you & I (saved) are representations of God, God took part of Him to create us.

Another definition we should look at is Likeness (as we are created in the image and likeness of God). Likeness means the fact or quality of being alike; resemblance.
The synonyms of likeness are, sameness, uniformity equivalence to name a few.

The reason I am emphasizing on the meaning of likeness and image is that, So we as Christians can realize the Power & Authority available to us because if we don’t know who we are and whose we are the enemy would mess with us.

The Bible says in the Book of Colossians, Chapter 1 verse 15, Jesus is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.

You and I are the Image and likeness of God the Father, Son & Holy Spirit, according to the above verse in Genesis 1: Chapter 26-27 amplified version.

However, we can’t operate and exercise our full potential without being in unison with the Trinity. Jesus put it this way, my Father and I are ONE. I am in my Father, and my Father is in Me. We likewise have to be able to walk in the same revelation. I believe insight comes to us when we are ready for it, – the more we seek God, the more light we receive.

The next verse which is about the Human soul comes from Chapter 2 verse 7 of the same book Then the Lord God formed man from the [a]dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath or spirit of life, and man became a living being.
Some Bible versions such as the King James, say the man became a living SOUL.

1. Genesis 2:7 The same essential chemical elements are found in man and animal life that are in the soil. This scientific fact was not known to man until recent times, but God was displaying it here.

In concluding today’s blog, we have seen that God first created us (invisible) in the spirit realm then after He created the Earth, He formed us from the dust of the Earth, then God breathed into nostrils the breath or spirit of life and man became a living Soul.
Therefore we carry God’s DNA, we human beings have a part of God in us, could that be what the devil wants and tricks people to sell their souls, to keep him functioning?
