(A Poem by Daniel)
I wandered through the noise and haze,
Chasing echoes, lost in the maze.
The voices called, the world ran fast,
But none could tell me who I was.
I searched for meaning in restless nights,
In city lights and endless heights.
Yet every road led back to me,
A hollow song, an empty plea.
Then silence came, a whispered breeze,
A hush that wrapped around like seas.
No need for answers, none to chase,
Just me, alone, in sacred space.
The stillness held me, soft and deep,
A cradle where my soul could weep.
No mask, no weight, no past to fight,
Just breath and heart—just truth and light.
And in that hush, I saw it clear,
The self I’d lost was always near.
No need to run, no need to hide,
I found me in the quiet tide.
Now silence sings in notes untold,
A melody both fierce and bold.
For peace was never in the chase,
But in the quiet—I found my place.
This poem reflects the journey of self-discovery, embracing solitude, and realizing that inner peace is found within.
