Darkness needs Light (Poem)

In the realm where darkness reigns,
They dance with devils, ignoring pains.
But even in shadows, they crave the light,
Seeking out workers, stealing from their sight.
For in their world, a twisted game,
They sell their souls, chasing fame.
But to fulfill their twisted desire,
They must steal light, fueling their fire.
God marks His workers, a sign so bright,
Protected from darkness in His sight.
But those of the dark, deceitful, and sly,
Manipulative, with no loyalty to rely.
Narcissistic hearts, devoid of care,
In their realm, evil’s snare.
No feeling for good, their deeds impure,
In their world, darkness is sure.
Yet even in this, a truth shines clear,
Darkness needs light to hold it near.
For without the flicker of a guiding spark,
Their kingdom fades into the dark.
