Strong Spiritual Muscle (Poem)

In the silent depths of the inner self,
Where echoes of thoughts and prayers dwell,
There’s a force unseen yet deeply felt,
A spiritual muscle, a sacred well.

This strength, not of flesh, but of the soul,
Requires diligence, a constant train,
For it’s with this power, we become whole,
To endure life’s trials, its pain, its strain.

With every challenge, a chance to grow,
Against evil’s tide, a steadfast row,
With spiritual vigor, our lights glow,
In the darkness, it’s our internal show.

We reclaim our power, energy regained,
From those who’ve taken, left us drained.
Our gifts are protected, no longer chained,
By spiritual muscle, we’re sustained.

It’s not just for us, this internal fight,
But to fulfill a destiny, a call,
To enact God’s will, bring forth His light,
With spiritual strength, we shall not fall.

As warriors of spirit, we stand tall,
With faith as our shield, love as our spear,
Guided by a force that holds us all,
In the face of evil, we do not fear.

So nurture this muscle day by day,
In prayer, in meditation, find your way,
For with strong spiritual fibers, come what may,
We are unbreakable in God’s sway.

Remember, it’s not in the might of arms,
But in the spirit, where true strength lies,
With a strong spiritual muscle, no alarms,
We’ll face our destinies under God’s skies.
