In the realm of thought, where seeds are sown, 

Watch your thoughts in the mind’s throne.

 For from the mind, the words take flight, 

Watch your words in the day’s light.

From words to actions, the journey unfurls, 

Watch your actions as life whirls. 

For in each step, habits are born, 

Watch your habits, from dusk till morn.

As habits form, shaping each part, 

Watch your character, the soul’s art.

 For in the depths, where truth resides,

 Watch your character, where destiny guides.

We become what we think, what we believe,

 In the fabric of life, where truths weave. 

Manifesting not what we want but who we are,

 Watch your essence like a guiding star.

Trust nobody until they’ve proven true, 

Check their track record in all they do. 

For people seek what they can gain, 

Watch your trust in the storms and rain.

Stay smart, stay focused on the journey’s quest,

 In the trials and tests, where hearts invest.

 For in the watching, in the being aware,

 You’ll find your path, free from despair.

So watch your thoughts, watch your deeds, 

In the garden of life, where destiny seeds.
