Pure Heart (Poem)

A pure heart shines so bright and clear,

A beacon of love, year after year,

A person who gives, day and night,

Their aid, their help, a guiding light.

Generosity flows from their soul,

Helping others, making them whole,

Attention is given with a gentle grace,

A caring heart, a warm embrace.

Their well-being comes from what they give,

In others’ joy, they truly live,

But don’t mistake their kindness for naïveté,

They guard their hearts in a wise, strong way.

They know the world, they see its pain,

The wicked hearts, the selfish gain,

With boundaries high, they stand so firm,

Protecting their light so it can burn.

Pure hearts are treasures, rare and true,

It is a blessing, a gift, to have a few,

Pray to be graced with souls so kind,

In their presence, peace you’ll find.

They see through lies, the masks we wear,

With eyes that know, with hearts that care,

Yet still they choose to love, to give,

In their pure light, we all can live.

So cherish those with hearts so pure,

In their love, you will find your cure,

For in a world that’s often bleak,

A pure heart’s touch is what we seek.

Pray for these souls to be near,

To share their light, to calm your fear,

For with a pure heart by your side,

You’ll find the strength, the peace inside.
