Talent, Motivation & Attitude (Poem)

Talent is a gift from God to bless our life and more,

To touch the hearts of others as we open every door.

God blesses us to be a blessing, to lift those in our care,

With talents and gifts, a success beyond compare.

Yet talent alone is not enough; it’s just the starting line,

A spark of potential greatness is awaiting the right time.

A person to whom much is given much is expected too,

We must account for all we’ve received in everything we do.

We must be motivated, our hearts set on the goal,

To show we are good stewards, to the One who makes us whole.

For every gift bestowed on us, we must use with love and grace,

To honor God in all our ways, to seek His holy face.

And attitude indeed shows our spiritual maturity,

In every act, in every thought, in what the world can see.

For whatever we do, we do for God, not for the praise of man,

We serve with faith and gratitude, according to His plan.

We must not be people pleasers, but seekers of His will,

To measure faith in every task, His purpose to fulfill.

With talent as our foundation, motivation as our guide,

And attitude reflecting faith, in Him we will abide.

So let us use our gifts with joy, with a heart that’s pure and true,

To bless the lives of others in everything we do.

For in this journey, we’ll find the way to live as He commands,

With talent, motivation, and a steadfast heart held in His gentle hands.
