Victorious and Overcome the World (Poem)

We are born of God, His chosen light,
Victorious in His endless might.
Through valleys deep and storms that rage,
Our faith endures in every stage.
This is the victory, this is the way,
Persistent faith conquers the day
Who overcomes, who stands secure?
The one who believes, whose heart is pure.
Who sees and knows, beyond all doubt,
That Jesus is Lord, His truth poured out.
For in His name, the demons flee,
His blood declares our liberty.
All our days, in time and space,
We walk by faith, upheld by grace.
We’ll always proclaim, without reserve,
Jesus, the Son of God, we serve.
Our allegiance firm, our hearts made whole,
In Him, the anchor of our soul.
At the name of Jesus, darkness quakes,
The power of His blood every stronghold breaks.
Demons tremble, they cannot stand,
Before the reign of the Son of Man.
He rules forever, His throne secure,
A kingdom of love, steadfast and pure.
So let us sing, with voices raised,
To Christ our King, let Him be praised.
Victorious, we overcome the strife,
Through Jesus, the way, the truth, the life.
Forever He reigns, His banner unfurled,
Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world.
