My Food (Song)

In the quiet of the morning light,

A voice calls out, so pure and bright,

A purpose clear, a mission grand,

To serve the will by His command.

Through the trials, through the pain,

In His work, we find our gain,

With every step, with every breath,

We live His love; we face no death.

My food is to do the will,

Of Him who sent me, to fulfill,

His work, His plan, His holy quest,

In His service, we are blessed.

To finish what He has begun,

In His light, we find the sun,

My food, my strength, my guide,

In fields of harvest, ripe and wide,

We labor on with Him beside,

Each soul we touch, each hand we hold,

In His love, we become bold.

For in His will, we find our might,

In darkest days, in brightest light,
