Don’t Let your Guard Down (Poem)

Don’t let your guard down, stay awake,

For people around you, the trust they fake.

Those seemingly close can harbor deceit,

Discern them closely; don’t accept defeat.

The enemy’s network is vast and wide,

From social media’s reach, there is nowhere to hide.

In the gym, on the street, where you often tread,

The kingdom of darkness and its agents are spread.

You can’t trust anybody, stay alert,

Discern every soul, see beneath the flirt.

The life of a light worker, an Earth angel’s fight,

Is a path of discipline, a beacon of light.

It’s a lifestyle, a calling profound,

In vigilance and wisdom, let your strength be found.

For darkness will seek to bring you down,

But in your heart’s resolve, wear your crown.

So don’t let your guard down, stay aware,

With eyes wide open, in constant prayer.

Let your spirit be strong, your vision clear,

For the warrior within knows no fear.

In the silence, find your peace,

In discipline, your power will increase.

The light you carry, let it brightly shine,

In every step, in every line.

Discern the faces, the voices near,

Let intuition guide, let your soul steer.

For the path you walk, though shadowed in part,

Is lit by the courage of your steadfast heart.
