Missing Piece (Poem)

In the heart of summer, sunshine’s gentle touch, A season of warmth and joy, we love so much. Your smiling face, a radiant light so inviting, Serotonin’s dance, our spirits exciting.

Approaching you, a step into fate’s embrace, A moment’s connection, destiny’s trace. You’re the piece I’ve searched for, a puzzle complete, In your love, my missing part found its seat.

Jigsaw of life, with gaps in between, But meeting you, oh, what a beautiful scene. Fate’s hand guided, brought us together, In perfect timing, like birds of a feather.

I never lost hope, held onto the dream, That you’d come along, like a sunlit beam. In the symphony of life, every note aligns, Dreams became reality, in your eyes’ confines.

Good things take time, patience’s sweet song, And in you, my waiting wasn’t wrong. You’re the melody of my life’s grand tune, In your love, all stars and planets commune.

With open heart, I receive what you give, Rich and abundant, a life well-lived. You’re the missing piece, my heart’s cherished find, In your love, life’s colors intertwined.

Thankful for favor, a blessing from above, You, my missing puzzle piece, my love. In your embrace, my heart finds its home, In this journey together, forever we’ll roam.
