Shadow of the Almighty (Poem)

In this world, where shadows loom,

With witchcraft and sorcery’s bloom,

We must hold fast, our Faith ignite,

In God’s word, our guiding light.

He who dwells in the Most High’s care,

Will find security, peace to spare.

Rest in the shadow of His might,

Where no dark power can win the fight.

In the shelter of the Almighty’s grace,

We find our strength in a sacred place.

For those who walk in God’s pure light,

Must guard their hearts and stay clear nights.

The kingdom of darkness, a treacherous guise,

Deceptive faces, hiding lies.

Agents of the enemy, they serve their call,

In covens, plotting our downfall.

Though they seem nice, their essence is flawed,

They are not friends; they oppose God.

Trust not in those who walk in the shade,

For their paths are where deceptions are made.

In the presence of the Divine,

We find protection, love, and sign.

God’s promise stands steadfast and true,

His power shields, our souls renew.

Hold tight to Faith, in every strife,

In His word, find eternal life.

For in the shadow of the Almighty’s care,

We find the strength to rise, to dare.

Let no darkness touch your heart,

Stay in the light; play your part.

For the battle is won, through trust and prayer,

In God’s embrace, we’re always there.
