The Chosen One’s Assurance (Poem)

God spoke in a vision to His devoted ones and said,

“I have endowed one who is mighty, a hero to be led.

Giving him the power to help, a champion for the land,

Exalted from among the people, chosen by My hand.

I have found you, My servant; with My Holy oil anointed,

With whom My hand shall be established, divinely appointed.

My arm shall strengthen you, in your heart, I will abide,

The enemy shall not harm you; in My protection, you confide.

No violence shall befall you, nor shall the wicked afflict,

For I will beat down your foes, their plans I shall restrict.

Those who hate My chosen ones, before them they shall fall,

My faithfulness and mercy will guide you through it all.

My loving-kindness with you, in My name your power grows,

Great prosperity and strength, upon you I bestow.

I will set your hand in control on the Mediterranean Sea,

Your right hand on the rivers, in My name you shall decree.

You shall cry to Me, ‘You are my Father, my God, and my Rock,’

In your voice, I hear the faith, and in My love, you walk.

I will make you the firstborn, the highest of the kings,

With mercy and loving-kindness, My covenant forever sings.

My covenant shall stand fast, faithful, and ever sure,

Your offspring will endure, and their legacy will be pure.

Their throne as the days of heaven, unshaken, it will stand,

For you are My chosen ones, protected by My hand.”
