The Holy Spirit makes us Bold.
When we cling to the Holy Spirit and Lookup as a Child to Jesus, our Lord, it’s fair to say we are with Jesus.
As we see in Acts 4:13, Peter & John acted in boldness, the rulers of the people and the elders of Israel, perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men and the marveled, and realized that had been with Jesus.
Peter & John were full of the Holy Spirit but uneducated and untrained, and performed signs and wonders and people followed them.
We have the Holy Ghost with us, so we should be able to demonstrate the POWER of God as Peter and John, especially those in full-time Ministry.
The reason I said especially those in full-time Ministry is that to really flow in Power, one has to be person of Prayer. Those in full Ministry have more time to focus on the things of God.
As a matter of fact, that’s one of the secrets of the early Church, they prayed a lot. (hours in Prayer). People in Full-time Ministry should be able to pray a minimum of 5 hours a day.
The most apparent difference between the early Church & the 21st-century Church is Prayer, they knew there was no easy way out.
God doesn’t change, what He did thousands of years ago, He can do today.
When we become a people of absolute Prayer, we have faith to receive and have an expectant spirit.
If we are hungry for an outpouring of God’s Power, it will manifest. ( our part is to pray).
I believe as a people, we have to be sensitive and focused on the Holy Spirit to be full of the Holy Spirit, it required 100% focus and commitment.
Everything in life and Spiritual issues is according to (according to the Power according to your faith) what we put in is what we get out.
I know sometimes we could be given special Grace, and God does something special among our midst, but for the most part, it’s what we put in will equal to what we get out.
God will raise a group of people in these last days whose number one objective is to seek the Lord Day & Night via Prayer and in Word, and this is how the early Church will be emulated.
I know it’s essential for Christians to understand the spiritual climate we are in at the moment, and we are super aware of the darkness and their tricks and traps, but to be honest, we should focus more on our awesome God, our Saviour, and the Holy Spirit.
The Greater one indeed lives in us, and we have to activate this greater Power, by being in the Word and in Prayer. Remember it’s not automatic.
This life is a preparation for the next… In the Book of Revelation Chapter 21, it talks about the New Heaven & New Earth as the first Heaven and Earth had passed away.
In the Next Blog, I will talk about the New Heaven & Earth.
Remember Jesus Christ is the Light & Saviour of the World.
God Bless
Until Next time, keep Believing, Keep Hoping & Keep Loving.
