The Safe Place (Poem 1)

In the realm of light, we find our safe place, A personal bond with grace, a divine embrace, Not confined to doctrine nor a human face, But in the presence of love, we find our space.

Some dine at two tables, a dual existence, Claiming faith but veering towards persistence in secret societies, with shadows cast, Yet true light’s devotion should forever last.

Never blindly follow; seek a path divine, Build a bridge to God, let your heart entwine. Trust not in mortals; their promises may fade; only trust in God’s light, never to evade.

Anything wicked, the darkness it may bring, Is far from the grace that makes our spirits sing, Satan’s deception, a web widely unfurled, But we choose the light, to light up the world.

Living in the light, in the embrace of Love, In the teachings of Christ, from the heavens above, This is our sanctuary, our refuge, our grace; in the arms of Jesus, we find our best place.

If you walk in shadow, hidden from the day, Even if you preach, your truth may fray, Why mix light with darkness, deceive the way, When in pure light’s presence, we all should stay.

Faithful followers of Jesus Christ watch and pray – we are in dark times. Trust NO-ONE until they show themselves trustworthy. They must earn our TRUST.
