The Superior Name of Jesus (Poem)

In the realm of names, a shade unfolds, Identity woven, stories told, A name, a beacon, our essence’s sign, Defining our journey in words so divine.

Names breathe meaning, create our trace, and God’s purpose unveiled in every face; through time and space, names have the might, To shape our essence to guide our flight.

People’s names were transformed by divine design, A shift in destiny, a purpose so fine, From Abram to Abraham, Saul to Paul, Names altered by God, a higher call.

But among them all, one stands alone, Jesus, Jeh-shu-ah, a name widely known, Alpha and Omega, beginning and end, The Almighty, the Savior, our dearest friend.

In the realm of names, Jesus reigns high, Superior and holy, beyond earth and sky, Power in the whisper, might in the sound, Healing, protection, in His name found.

Prayers are answered, in Jesus’ grace, A Name of triumph, a sacred space, In a league of its own, unmatched by any; the name of Jesus is profound and uncanny.

A roadmap to Heaven, forgiveness’s key, Sin forgiven, in His name we’re free, Lives transformed by the power it holds, In God’s presence, His love unfolds.

Miracles unfurl at the mention of His name, Darkness retreats, love’s eternal flame, Not a curse word, but a name revered, Jesus, the Superior Name, in hearts endeared.
